RRCEP II strives to provide an accessible web presence that enables all of RRCEP II's constituents full access to information found on this site.

This effort is pursuant to both state policy and federal law including New York State Technology Policy 99-3; the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 - Section 504; the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 - Section 508.

Although the concept of web accessibility is usually linked to people with disabilities, it also means that people with older computers, hardware, and software should be able to use this web site equally as well as people with the latest hardware, software, and fast Internet connections.
